We want you to be thrilled with your purchases. Your statement will say The Day Is Young, LLC (TDIY Marketing). TDIY Marketing has a 30-day, full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, all products can be returned or refunded minus shipping and handling within 30 days of purchase. If a product needs to be returned or refunded, please send an email to Misty Young at mistyyoung at me dot com and put return/refund in the subject. Alternatively, you can return a physical product (such as a book) to TDIY Marketing, PO BOX 18465 Reno, NV 89511. In either case, although we have a no questions asked policy, if you feel inclined, please let us know why you are returning the item so we can evolve and provide better products and services to future customers. After the return has been received, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days. There is no need to return item in original package.
TDIY Marketing Terms and ConditionsPayment All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. Shipping Policies Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. TDIY Marketing processes all shipments through UPS. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by TDIY Marketing. Shipping costs will increase if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, TDIY Marketing will replace the item to the customer and work with UPS for recovery. Legalities TDIY Marketing is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item.
